Thor Digital brings Thor Equities' institutional platform to hyperscale data center development, from powered land to tenant-ready shell, with full oversight of every stage of delivery.
We provide premium data center space as a blank canvas, ready for customization to suit any operational and contractual needs. Thor Digital have designed and covered all the essentials: core, shell, and utilities.
We do the heavy lifting to design and build a state-of-the-art, utility-enabled facility using your exact specifications and data center model.
We deliver a powered, permitted shell fitted to tenant specification, with the parcel, substation interconnect, and utility backbone in place. We oversee every stage of development; you commission the compute.
Our campus model gives large tenants room to scale, with the flexibility to grow capacity in stages. Choose from a suite of reference designs and work with our team to fit each shell to your specification.
Thor Digital is the dedicated data center platform of Thor Equities Group, a global owner-operator of institutional real estate across industrial, life science, creative office, residential, hotel, and mixed-use properties.
We build on four decades of Thor Equities' transaction structuring, capital discipline, and on-the-ground development expertise, applied to the most demanding asset class of the AI era.
